obviously increased range or area.
Cuz apparently I gotta break this down for you dense motherfuckers- I'm trans feminine nonbinary. My pronouns are they/them.

You should gain sanity for finding out that the problems of a region are because there are fucking monsters there.
nope, not particularly useful, but that's a computer game, I think, so it was probably more like +250' at least, which is somewhat more useful.
And not quite radio towers, more like bad math or something.
But, it's similar to my idea of Towers being built by Seekers of the Lost Wizard Traditions with an effect that allows them to use their "expanse of the sky" ability anywhere in the tower, but even that leads more to a radio tower attached to an underground bunker deal.

areas of his spell effects when he is outdoors. As long as the Seeker of the Lost Wizard Traditions has an open
sky over his head, every 10’ cube in a spell description is a 20’ cube, every 30’ cone is a 60’ cone, and so on and
so on. Essentially, all of his spells benefit from Widen and Enlarge Spell

A city is 3 hexes across, 5 if you count the farmland surrounding the buildings. Battles take place in a zoomed in battlefield where all the units in the stacks near each other fight. Also, I don't remember for sure, but the hex boost from tower upgrades might apply to all domain areas rather than just the one for that tower. If so, then a guy with a magical relay helm could attack enemy territory and you could starting throwing strategic-scale spells into their lands about a turn earlier than otherwise.Roog wrote:IIRCFor Valor wrote:+5 hexes?
A standard foot unit moves 6 hexes per day across an open plane or 8 hexes by road.
A standard mounted unit moves 10 hexes per day across an open plane or 13 hexes by road.

The city in the center has a stage 3 tower with a defensive shield blocking some enemy spells from getting in. There is sort of a magical antenna look to it, but the tower is obvious enough of a piece of magical architecture that its shape could have all kinds of explanations.
